$250 Basic Vending

  • one 10×10 ft. space [vehicle parking directly next to vending space can be accommodated for an additional $50 fee]
  • Vending namesake will be announced on SHINERFEST.COM w/itinerary approximately 2 weeks before festival dates.
  • NO power, amenities & admission patches provided with this option.

$500 Upgraded Exposure Vending

  • all the basic vending assets listed for Basic
  • Banner Hang on outline fencing in high traffic areas [vendor must supply banner upon
  • arrival to event staff and take down upon their own accord after S.R commences on 8/5/17 at 10;30pm]
  • Vending namesake & logo will have heavy presence on
  • SHINERFEST.COM and highlight endorsement on direct event social media networks.
  • NO power, amenities & admission patches provided with this option.

$3,000 Co-Presenting Headliner Sponsor

  • all of the Basic and upgraded vending assets
  • RV Space camping w/water [no septic available]
  • Vending namesake & logo on official festival banners & photo op backdrop [open to take photos/video against during all festival hours]
  • Exclusive announcement and endorsement of Sponsors from the MOONSHINE BANDITS *15 sec. video drop posted on SHINERFEST.COM & event social media networks [15 sec. video would be provided by sponsoring party – quality smart phone recordings are acceptable]
  • 1 st rights of refusal to Co-Presenting SHINERFEST 2018
  • Power, amenities & admission patches are negotiable with this option.
  • Food vendors are required to obtain proper authorization & shared revenue % with Redwood Acres [please contact R.A directly for this info. at 707-445-3037 redwoodacres1@gmail.com]. All food vendors start at $500 & may be assessed additional fees depending on setup and environmental impact
